There is currently already a BIS function for this, which is BIS_fnc_randomNum (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/BIS_fnc_randomNum) but I don't see why this functionality couldn't be implemented in the 'random' command (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/random). Basically, this is a suggestion for the following alternative syntax of the command: random [min, max]
