Has happened three times in the last week. Once when selecting bandages, use, finish bandaging and the Amphibia is *poof* gone, magic. The other two times i am unsure, went to grab it out of my backpack and it was just a bare four blank inventory spots were it used to be. Sposn twice, assault pack once. All three had a mag and were loaded. Searched within a decent radius and backtracked to a last location were i may have moved it around in my hands but no joy, much like my current love life.
