When playing on official Zeus servers, the parameter for "Admin Debug Console", does not show up, even when the admin is acting as game master and the parameters are set properly.

Steps To Reproduce
Join any BI official Zeus server
Gain admin status through VOTING (not password login)
Set parameters to Zeus god mode = true and enable debug console = true, other settings irrelevant
Start Zeus mission as normal, with admin in the GAME MASTER slot
Try to access Admin debug console (typically by placing an AI unit, then double clicking on them)
Admin command line will not be present.
Additional Information
This functionality used to be present, but was removed some time ago for reasons unknown. The bug is not present if the player logs in as admin using a password on their own server. But since nobody knows the admin password for official servers (obviously), the only solution is to vote an admin to fill that role.
