I don't have many mods installed at all [3 mods from workshop that have always worked without a problem].
Sometime around getting the error message, steams informs that Arma 3 is trying to start with a set of optional Parameters, listing mods that were being installed through commands lines in the Library, Arma 3, properties menu[the other method for activating mods].
