In your logfile it says several things:

1st are lots of those:
'4:59:21 Strange convex component01 in a3\rocks_f\sharp\sharprock_wallv.p3d:geometryFire'
and those
'5:04:16 Sound: Error: Multi-stream: Load failed, stream a3\sounds_f\characters\crawl\metalplate_crawl_2.wss not found !!!'

For those I recommend to use steam-builtin-file-check

2nd: there is this error in your logfile:
6:05:13 DX11 error : Device removed: : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
6:05:13 DX11 - device removed - reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
ErrorMessage: D3D Error - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

In a nutshell they say 'Test the device in a different PC' or reinstall DirectX. Hope this will help you.
