When vehicles are destoyed they explode two times: first one normally then after several seconds they explode another time.
Bug present also in multiplayer (at least in EUTW)

- destroy a vehicle in any way
- wait some seconds, sometimes also around 30
- another explosion occurs

Bug is present since probably version 1.66 or 1.68
Have not tried all vehicles.
Second explosion is not just visual/sound, it's also damaging player.
