At the Land_A_Office01 in Severograd, at grid 079 027, when climbing up the third story ladder (to the "sniper spot" on the roof), character falls off the top of the ladder and drops back down to the second story roof, causing death.

I have tested this three times, and it happened all three times.

Update: This also happened at the same building in Vybor. All of these buildings might be doing this.
