The rudder on the A-149 Gryphon is unusually slow to operate, which makes the yaw axis quite hard to steer. It takes a full 2 seconds to go from neutral to maximum deflection, while all other airplanes take half a second or less. This doesn't make sense, since its other control surfaces are very responsive.
