Ok so you're building a 3 layer type habitat or attempt to and this interior part when welded in place dosen't seem to be placed in the right holes. But this only happens on one side of the habitat I've checked other corners and they are fine.

Steps To Reproduce
have a corner made and then weld the "Exterior Connection Outer Corner" to it. If it looks ok, try turning the corner left or right see if happens from a diffrent angle.
