I've seen posts on STEAM forums on how vehicle parts break too easy or you have a survival scenario where you find your buggy broken in pieces due to a failed landing. Instead of printing a new one, you could repair it by re-welding the parts togheter. Bigger vehicles such as the cargo truck would need a portable welding machine with resource barrel feeding it.
