showHud Doesn't disable new radar

Description

It turns out that when using the camera on AT LEAST the Blackfish the radar will still show targets, etc. Even when vehicle radar set to false in the showHud array in description.ext... I've only tried this on the Blackfish so far.

*Note this is in MP on a Dedicated Server.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set Vehicle Radar to false in showHud Array
  2. Jump in a Blackfish and use the camera
  3. Shows the Radar Hud with targets, etc.
