[Feature request] Add a module with trigger-like attributes or expand the attributes of ProtectionZone_F prop (for features such as spawn protection)

Description

This feature request is asking that there would be an addition of either a module that would have trigger-like attributes or the attributes of the ProtectionZone_F prop would be expanded to broaden its usefulness.

The attributes this request is looking to include in a single module or the expanded ProtectionZone_F prop should be at least (do note that the prop already has some of the attributes that are listed below):

Position X, Y, Z
Rotation
Size
Shape Ellipse, Rectangle

Activation (should include the options that are available in a trigger: BLUFOR, OPFOR etc.)
Activation Type (at least) Present, Not present

and then either an Expression field or Condition, On Activation and On Deactivation fields for adding custom code.

In short this feature request is especially asking for an easy way to create protected spawn areas that could easily render invulnerable every unit inside the "protected" area be it human player, vehicle or what ever 'thing' can be destroyed by inflicting damage.
ProtectionZone_F has this functionality but it protects everything without a possibility to change who it should protect. It would be good if the mission maker could select "who" it should only protect at least from side/faction, Any player, Anybody (hence the request for adding Activation drop-down menu).
ProtectionZone_F is also fixed in size (25 meters) and the shape can not be changed. Why on earth? Why the size nor shape can not be changed?

So there was the request itself and here's some background for anyone that's interested:

For a basic user like me it seems to be too much of a hassle to create protected spawn areas for multiplayer missions.

So far I've tried creating protected spawn areas with triggers and while it's easy to make players invulnerable to any kind of damage inside the trigger area, disabling this invulnerability when leaving the area by the means of scripting is another trick (it does work but there are some caveats of which more can be found here: https://forums.bistudio.com/forums/topic/204553-spawn-protection-for-players-and-vehicles-alike-dedicated-server/ ).
Additionally I haven't been able to protect any other units/objects than human players. For example vehicles that are spawned inside the trigger will still be vulnerable to any damage.

Then there is the Protection Zone prop (under: Signs->Helpers) that protects everything that happens to be inside the area from taking damage. This is good for a starter but why on earth there is no possibility to change the size and shape of this prop?! This prop is 25 meters in diameter so a mission maker has to place quite a few of these to create a protected area that he/she likes to have in a mission. Since it protects everything there is no way to select "who" it should only protect (this would be quite a handy feature for any mission maker out there).
