First of all:
Server Auto kick rule 1 ("When player performs team killing more than twice the player is kicked") does not apply:
As you can see here players are still able to team kill without problems.
I tracked the chat and 2 of them team killed at least 3 times.
1 guy reconnected, but nothing about being kicked was written in the chat, vote kick attempts were also futile.
