When landing on the uss freedom the arresting system is not working. planes fly off the side with no pull back from the wires. plus there is a error message when putting down the tail hook.

Steps To Reproduce
use a black wasp II or a Sentinel and try to land on the USS Freedom using the aircraft recovery system via tail hook and wire. (this function is not working)
