This happens about 5-10 seconds after the main menu opens, if i do nothing it will still crash, but it will also let me open the server browser and see servers to join before it crashes too. It is always the same time also (the 5-10 seconds)

The game does not exit out just becomes unresponsive, i am not using any mods and this is the vanilla steam version (latest)
