I came across this while testing out different options trying to find probable cause of another issue so while searching the web found regarding MCTD 'mass crash to desktop' ie. 80% of users are all dumped at one time.. crashes. I found that. Not sure if its related but given that the MCTD error is a access issue... I figured point it out might be related... *shrugs
The parameter is in the correct category, because it's related to other memory related settings in the same category. Also it applies to both server and client versions of the game.
