Arma 3 is installed on my secondary HDD (not where my OS is) and 64-bit runs smoothly but every time i walk or do anything there's always a little static (lag), nothing is smooth, like it's constantly loading every thing i do so it's always a little laggy.
The best description would be "it's loading everything as i do it so i get that laggy/static feeling.
