I have noticed very bad intermittent video stuttering and sound cracking/popping when getting into and trying to fly helicopters. First I thought it would be an all out thing, but it only happens when in helicopters. Everything else about the game is smooth in 64bit.

Switching back to 32bit version eliminates this problem but overall performance diminishes (as expected).
