The first time I played through the Moral Fiber mission I passed through the warehouse fine but failed the mission due to the unexplained time constraint. The second time (and every subsequent time since), after clearing out the warehouse the team leader went to kneel inside the warehouse (instead of outside as I have seen in videos of the mission functioning) and the mission never progressed beyond 'clear the warehouse,' despite all the enemies being cleared.

Run through campaign (up until the 'capture warehouse' step).

As I said before the first time going through the mission it worked fine. I tried switching mission difficulty but it accomplished nothing. I additionally tried reverting 'Moral Fiber' multiple times, as well as restarting my computer. I would try to 'revert' and complete the previous mission again, but don't have the time to do so.
