Hi,
Whenever I join a server and the game spawns me in the game runs for a split second and hangs. Audio stops and UI becomes unusable. The only way to get back to the desktop is to Ctrl-Alt-Del and Sign off. Task manager is unusable as mouse and keyboard actions are ignored. This was not a problem before but I did recently update to the latest NVidia automatic updates.
Install the latest NVidia drivers. Join any server online (with or without mods). After a split second the screen crashes and so audio stops.
I even verified steam file integrity but it still occurs every time I try to join a server.
