ANY loadout can be loaded from the "Load" dialogue in the virtual arsenal. It does not matter if the loadout contains gear that is not available in the virtual arsenal currently. Players can use this exploit to get around arsenal restrictions by saving a virtual arsenal loadout from single-player or another multi-player game and then loading it from the virtual arsenal in the current one.

Steps To Reproduce
Save a loadout in the virutal arsenal.
Load a new mission with restrictions to the gear in the loadout you saved.
Loadout will now be greyed out on the "Load" screen, but you can still select and load it.
