Weapon stabilization works not the way it's must work in different cases.
When you moving while standing primary weapon very unstable, regardless direction of moving.
But when you moving crouched your primary weapon is very stable while moving.
When you moving with your pistol character holds it unstable regardless of direction and stance.
This difference makes no logic.

Additional Information
I think moving hierarchy must be something like this:
Moving while standing: primary weapon must be more stable than now.
Moving while crouching: primary weapon must be more stable than moving standing (but less stable than now).
Moving with pistol must be stable in all cases.
