Insane desync around infected

Description

In Version 0.61.137871, entering an area with a large amount of infected causes intense desync. Any more than 3 infected will cause this problem.
EXAMPLE

  1. Walks into North west airfield
  2. Run past multiple infect, 6 or more
  3. Start being affected by desync, glitching around
  4. Invisible infected start to attack me and cannot fight back because the of the desync/lag
  5. manage to run away
  6. Desync/lag stops when I run approx 150m away from the group of infected

This problem has sustained through this version of the game and has resulted in multiple deaths.
