So kbTell works fine in SP scenarios.
If you use it on dedicated server it will error:
Sound: Error: File: speech\test.ogg not found !!! Sound: Error: speech\test.ogg: sSize 0
So it's makes impossible to use kbWasSaid on dedicated server :\
