[RC] Warm Welcome mission blocking issue on dedicated server (Linux DS)

Description

NOTE: The mission was hosted and tested on a dedicated Ubuntu 16.10 (x64) server
NOTE: Not tested further, but it looks like that all Apex Missions are affected by the no voice bug on dedicated enviroment

The Warm Welcome is not doable.

  • When you arrive at the RV, it does not complete and no voice is playing
  • The subtitles take very long to appear, and in a complete disorder
  • When the original chatter ends, nothing happens anymore

Here the video, I fast-forwarded the RV part so it does not take long. I know the audio is cut off during that, but there was no voice anyway.
