The hotbar will randomly become unresponsive, I cannot move anything on it to a new slot without that item ghosting over the other. Relogging fixes the issue.

- Hotbar will randomly become unresponsive - attempting to move items to other slots in the hotbar will result in that item ghosting over the other.

This issue is present on the latest version of stable branch and has been there for a few weeks now.
