Currently you can drive forward while setUnconscious in a vehicle, plus you can fire the gun. You can not steer/rotate the turret.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put vehicle in editor
- Go into vehicle
- execute player setUnconscious true;
- Can hold W to go forward.

Yes, this error has been present ever since the command has been reintroduced.

This happens on 1.66, is present in both singleplayer and multiplayer and gives the same result for every vehicle.

Be nice if this could be fixed. Having someone in an M2 turret magically kicked out the vehicle is silly, he should be able to stay inside it, have a incapped animation in it and just not be able to do anything
