Hi,
It seems like some kind of crash of your Launcher. Can I ask you about more information like crash dumps.
you can get it in Launcher>Options>Prepare troubleshooting report.

If it is not possible go to C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Arma 3. There you can find your game report.

Also, you can check your firewall if it don´t blocking your Arma3.exe file.

And one more think. Can I ask you to write in English, please? :)

Thank your for the logs. This issue is caused by the Windows update KB3078601 and there is nothing we can do to prevent the issue at this time. You can either uninstall the update or wait for Microsoft to release a fixed version of the update.
