I crafted a stone knife to chop some sticks and break a branch for a fireplace. After I broke the branch and it went on my back, i tried to eat an apple. Right click on the apple in my inventory (did not matter if it was in my jeans or backpack), i got only the options to put it in my hands or inspect. If i put it in my hands i could select "cancel current action". After cancelling i was able to eat the apple
