I've noticed that my character never got the Hot status above 37.2 °C body temperature but still seems to be affected from the loss of hydration.

Steps To Reproduce
Get your character to become hot enough to get the "Hot" status (sitting next to a campfire for a while for example).
Additional Information
After some more testing I can confirm that the hot status does show after I cooled my character down and heated up again. Some more testing to come.
Update: After some more testing I can assume that this was a one-time occurrence.
