  1. opened Arma 3 property in steam library
  2. Go to Language tab
  3. set to Japanese
  4. Launch the game
  5. You can see English in Arma 3

Hi again,

Arma 3 does not support this option via Steam. You can change language just in Launcher options or in game settings.

I´ll close this ticket now. Thanks for understanding.
