Unable to wear or place in hands the Riders Jacket. However, character appears to move much slower and anchored to the spot where Riders Jacket was attempted to be worn/picked up. You can move far from the spot that you tried picking up Riders Jacket, but your character feels roped in. Character is unable to pickup any other items, unless you equip via hot-bar another item from your inventory into characters hands.

Reproducible, as I've encountered this exact issue with every Riders Jacket in Stable Branch 0.61.137076 release.
