Description

I've been trying to fix this for a few days only to discover that BI has REMOVED the feature.
Do you have any idea how annoying it is to have something you cannot fix because some people like to change setting they know nothing about, so you remove it.
so please ether actually make it detect aspect ratios properly or give us the option to fix this mess ourselves and give us the option back.
you could just hide it so the simpletons don't change it by accident.

After looking far an answer to my problem I found many people issues because of screens that are a little different than the norm.

{F45260}have a 1440/900 screen fullscreen it and watch it stretch.

Additional Information

its insulting that you would remove such an option. you are assuming that we don't know what we are doing. when by your own admission 90% have it set correctly.
and now many people are being forced to have the wrong ratio. without any option to fix it.

In one of the recent Dev-Branch updates, we've removed the possibility to set the aspect ratio of the User Interface of the game. Senior Designer Bořivoj Hlava explains some motivations behind this decision: "The 'Aspect Ratio' setting helped users to run the game on non-standard resolution monitors in the past. These days, however, there is no need for this setting and it can even be misleading for some people. In fact, our Analytics data show that more than 10 % of our players have their aspect ratio set incorrectly which can significantly impact their experience of the game. Therefore, we decided to make things easier to understand by implementing a fully automatic aspect ratio detection into the game."

Im well awear of that and it clearly doesn't work.
that is why I am having this problem.
Because their automatic setup does not work......
MABYE some of us had it set "incorrectly" for a GOOD reason.
