I have been having a lot of trouble with starting up Arma III. Every time that I attempt to open it, it fails and gives me this log:

I believe it has something to do with Microsoft .NET Framework. I've tried disabling/ uninstalling my anti-virus programs, redownloading, uninstalling, repairing, etc. with .NET Framework, and running console commands under admin such as "sfc /scannow". Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
