I always find items under the floor at Zub castle, (near mogilevka), All castles have a tower and a room, I mean at the separated room, you can loot the items if you open your inventory, you will see them, but if you dont do that, you wont see them because they are under the floor or something.

It probably can happend in other castles, I didnt check it.
