Steps To Reproduce
Editor, Any Map, Month to January, Time to 1:00 AM, Place down a CSAT Viper team member, Open his Thermal Vision ability and he can not see terrain details.

Also please check the Green Thermal Devices on Laser Denigratorios, Maybe they also have the same Issue. Maybe this is not a bug, it is a limitation of black and white Thermal devices.
