Crash after pressing Play, can't get into game.
Reviewed, NormalPublic

Description

After pressing Play at the hub menu, the ArmA logo appears and loads entirely, then nothing happens for a few seconds until I get an error.
The error is titled,

"TrackIR Enhanced interface activation: arma3.exe - Application Error"

and tells me "The exception unknown sosftware exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x000000007709A832."

After pressing OK to this error, the ArmA 3 Exit code is "0xC000041D - STATUS_FATAL_USER_CALLBACK_EXCEPTION"

I had previously owned FreeTrack, but after seeing that it was related possibly, I uninstalled in completely and restarted my computer. The error still appeared after this.
I have tried a few "solutions" that other people have had with this Exit code and have had no success so far. I have verified my Cache multiple times throughout the process and after being unsuccessful, and I don't WANT to reinstall, but can if necessary.

I have also attached the report from the Exit code, but if you need anymore files, please tell me how to get them. I'm not very experienced with these things, as it's my first time downloading the game.

Hi,

try to disable all parameters and launch the game. Next, try to use other allocator in Launcher params.
Report file shows that no game files were loaded. It shows me just your addons which is not correct.

You can try switch your game from stable to public internal dev branch if issue will persist.

You can try to download All in one Runtimes tool that will repair your Visual C++, Java SE, Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave Player, Silverlight, DirectX and more.

In any case, I´ll report your issue to programmers,

Thank you

Hello again,

We have investigated your issue and it seem that your TrackIR DLL is probably damaged or outdated, so you can try to either find and remove NPClient/NPClient64.dll or update them.

Also, you can give it to us (your DLL) so that we could see what is wrong with it if step 1 helps not.
