64-bit error??
New, NormalPublic

Description

I have rebooted my entire windows 7 after having a virus. The thing is that i have never experienced problems with playing arma 3 before. But now after this complete reinstallation of my computer i cant run ARMA 3.

A error occurs in the arma 3 launcher which says " The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you¨re running. Check your computers system to see whethever you need an (32 bit) or (64 bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher2"

I have never experienced something like this with Arma 3 before and im wondering how im going to be able to solve this problem!

@Phoenix1999, first try verifying the integrity of the game cache. This will make sure that the game files are correct and not corrupt.

Then prepare and attach a troubleshooting report for the developers to review.

For issues regarding Arma 3 you can file a troubleshooting report, also via an action available in the option menu in the upper right corner (gear icon)

If the report will not upload to the feedback tracker then try uploading to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox.
