I died at Nový Sobor while speaking over VOIP and after respawning on the same server the icon of the mic was permanently showing. Don't know whether I could be heard, though. Relogging fixed it, although there was a server restart before I managed to relog so that might have been the thing that fixed it. That's up to you to judge.

Hey Greeow,
Double tapping caps lock will enable your VOIP to stay locked open. Was that perhaps the case, or did you attempt to double tap it again to close it? If you attempt to reproduce it I'm sure the Devs would find it helpful to know.
