First thing to do would be to verify the integrity of the game cache. This checks for any faults in the core game files and fixes them if any discrepancy is found.

It is possible that one or more of the mods that you are using are at fault. @paan, try removing all mods and see if the issue persists.

The issue that you have may be caused by discrepancie in some mod used in game.
a) Try to use some useful sloutions mentioned on this webpage.
b) Try to move all your missions to another folder (don´t delete) (Documents>Arma3 - Other profiles).
c) Try to return dislocated missions back to Other profiles folder, one by one.
d) Try to launch game always when you return just one mission back.
e) If it does not work try to change your profile to another one.

There should be some buged mission that make force quit during the launch.
