After being knocked unconcious I was waiting to come round when the "You are unconcious" changes to "player kicked by battle eye" or whatever it says when that sort of thing happens! Sadly it never went away, or changed back to unconcious after waiting for a while I logged off and caught a quick glimpse of "you are dead" - No idea how long it might have been there!
