In the video Break and his team mate entered one of the apartment buildings in Novaya Petrovka and both went to the top floor. While on the top floor the team mate couldn't see Break's character model. When leaving the building the team mate noticed Breaks model sliding around few floors down, while Break was still a floor above. As Break ran down the stairs the model caught up with his position.
The video contains a possible explanation to the bug provided by the team mate.
