Additional Information

To currently solve this, we can go to arma3 folder and select arma3 64bit to run in the selected graphics card

May I ask you for your Dxdiag, please?

It seems that your graphics driver does not know "Arma3_x64.exe" executable and decides to run the game on IGPU. We're investigating right now.
