Today when playing .61 with a couple friends, one of them managed to get stuck in the F2 emote stance for both of us, but to him, he was normal. When moving he would just slide around with no animations whatsoever.
This is a huge problem, because when he fired his weapon, we did not see the gun or hear any sound.
As you can see here, the top was his screen and the bottom was mine.
First he pressed the F2 button
Then he started loading and unloading 9mm from a glock magazine.
He tried to put both the glock and axe into his hands but he was not able.
Then he crouched, and this broke the animation for him, but not for us. He had free movement and all animations on his screen.
When he fired the weapon while stuck, we did not see the gun or hear any sound.
We only tried to reproduce once but were successful in doing the things above.
