I am playing on the standard exe version, not the 64 bit. Relogging did not solve this issue.

Can confirm this bug. Tested it out on multiple servers and experienced it on all of them. The zombie can hit you and you will hear the sound effect/ see blood squirt from survivor, but their is 0 health or blood damage taken.
