This happened on Link. Argo did not recognise the team I was playing on. As you can see on the screenshots enemy nodes are highlighted, progress on those are shown, while team nodes do not show up in the GUI (notice the orange team marker behind "Land_i_Stone_Shed_V3_F" standing next to Node 2).

This was fixed after a new round started.
