I've had multiple weapons disappear from my hands while holding them, only to have them disappear completely (not dropped on ground).

Steps To Reproduce
- Have a weapon on your back as well as in your hands.
- Open up inventory with tab, and then try to eat/drink a food item.
- A message should appear that says "Unable to remove item from hands"
- Poof, the weapon you have in your hands should disappear.

I will try to reproduce this bug and get screen shots of it occuring.
