I started my game with fresh settings. Before I deleted my DayZ settings folder.
My resolution was set to 1920x1080x32.
When using the steam overlay everything is totally blurry and jittering. InGame it's also blurry in distance but not jittering.

Steps To Reproduce
- delete your DayZ settings folder
- start your game - go to the config to ensure your resolution is set to your monitor resolution. If not, do so
- press ALT-TAB to change the Windows window or ALT-Enter to make your game windowed
- press SHIFT+TAB to open the Steam overlay.
-> everything is blurry and jittering now
To get rid of the blurry and jittering you need to
- go to the config
- set the resolution to anything but NOT "windowed" => Apply
Re-do the same thing and re-set your native screen resolution => Apply ==> re-open Steam overlay blurry and jittering gone
