I was running around Solnechnyi today and saw a couple of infected spawning right in front of me, indicating the presence of a player nearby. After a minute one of these infected disappeared (don´t know if that was because the player moved away).
I believe that there should be rule in the dynamicspawning system that would only spawn infected around a certain radius of a player that´s already present in the area.
Because this thing of having infected popping up out of nowhere in front of you just breaks the immersion, and give a good hint that one is not alone in an area.
