Description

Player spawn in each other causing both players to suicide happen on a regular basis. See video.

Player spawn in invalid position, causing the character to freak out and suicide. See video

Severity Major because this is a game-breaking bug that happens on a regular basis, and caused already whole team wipes. See screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

Speculation of cause: Players pushing the 'Spawn button' and spawning at the same time at the same location.

Speculation of cause: Spawn on invalid terrain.
